An educator with a provisional status may apply for valid status upon:
- (1) Complete the applicable application provided by the department;
- (2) Pay any application fees as provided in chapter 24:28:05;
- (3) Completion of South Dakota Indian studies; and
- (4) Additional documentation upon request.
