Each electronic document and data format shall be in accordance with the following:

1. (1) Electronic recording shall be in accordance with the PRIA eRecording XML Standard Version 2.4:

   1. (a) PRIA Request Version 2.4.2;
   2. (b) PRIA Response Version 2.4.2;
   3. (c) Document Version 2.4.1;
   4. (d) Notary Version 2.4.l; and
   5. (e) The PRIA eRecording XML Implementation Guide for Version 2.4.1, Revision 2;
2. (2) Electronic documents shall be transmitted and stored as either TIFF or PDF files; and

3. (3) Resolution of imaged documents shall be submitted at 300 DPI (dotsperinch).
