20 : 86 : 02 : 11 . Sanctions. The board may impose any of the following sanctions or a combination thereof:

1. (1) Formal reprimand;
2. (2) Probation of license to practice professional midwifery in South Dakota;
3. (3) Suspension of license to practice professional midwifery in South Dakota;
4. (4) Revocation of license to practice professional midwifery in South Dakota; or
5. (5) Restitution and payment of all expenses of the investigation and proceedings.
