20 : 85 : 01 : 04 . Fees . The licensure fees for a behavior analyst are:

1. (1) An initial application fee of $350;

2. (2) An annual licensing fee of $300.

   An applicant applying for the initial license shall pay the initial application fee and the annual licensing fee.
