ARSD 20:80:08:16 – Record keeping.

A licensee shall maintain records to verify the continuing education used to renew a license or certificate. A licensee shall maintain records in the form of a completion certificate or other documents supporting evidence of completion. The licensee shall maintain the records for four years after the date of renewal.
