Any person applying for recognition, certification, or licensure or who is recognized as a trainee or a certified or licensed practitioner by the board shall comply with the ethical standards set forth in the National Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors/National Certification Commission for Addiction Professionals Code of Ethics.
