This chapter applies to the licenses, certificates, and permits issued by the Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners under SDCL 36-4 (PhysiciansandSurgeons), 36-4A (PhysicianAssistants), 36-4B (AdvancedLifeSupportPersonnel), 36-9B (MedicalAssistants), 36-10 (PhysicalTherapists), 36-10B (DieteticsandNutrition), 36-29 (AthleticTrainers), 36-31 (OccupationalTherapists), and 36-36 (GeneticCounselors).
