Examination.

An applicant for licensure shall provide official evidence of passing an examination provided by one of the following organizations:

(1) National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork;
(2) American Medical Massage Association; or
(3) Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards.
