Application for approval of classroom instruction -- Fee required.

A course provider who wishes to provide classroom instruction to prospective home inspectors shall apply on a form provided by the commission. The application must be filed with the commission at least 30 days before the course begins and must include a fee pursuant to § 20:74:03:30.
