20 : 73 : 08 : 01 . Definitions. As used in this chapter:

1. (1) "Electronic means" means any technology used to provide or receive counseling services; and
2. (2) "HIPAA" means the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, amended January 1, 2020.
