Before a property manager performs any services, the property manager and client must enter into a written management agreement specifying the duties and conditions under which the property manager is to perform services. A management agreement may include a provision for automatic renewal at expiration if it contains a provision for written cancellation on terms agreeable to all parties to the agreement.
