Any person, not otherwise exempted by this chapter, who meets the qualifications of this chapter must pass an examination for a time-share agent's license to be given by the commission at a time, place, and in a manner established by the commission. The commission shall determine the contents of the examination and the rating and standards for passing. A passing grade of 75 is required.
