An agent, including the developer if it is also the agent, may not solicit or encourage others to attend a time-share sales presentation or to contact an agent or developer if the time-share unit is located in the state, whether the solicitation is conducted in the state or out-of-state, unless the agent files and the commission accepts the following:

1. (1) The time-share plan or plans for which it is providing prospective purchasers;
2. (2) Its principal office address and telephone number; and
3. (3) If a corporation, the name, address, and telephone number of its responsible managing employee.
