As used in this chapter, continuing education means accredited educational experience derived from a licensee's participation in approved lectures, seminars, or courses on real estate law, or in other related areas in real estate that have been approved by the commission, to maintain and improve the professional skills and upgrade the standard of all real estate licensees.
