Classroom courses must be presented to students through interactive instructional techniques. Interactive instruction includes providing a student the opportunity for immediate exchange with an instructor in a classroom setting and immediate assessment and remediation through computer assisted or other audio or audiovisual interactive instruction. An instructor may not provide instruction primarily by having students read text material, listen to audio tapes, watch video tapes or films, or study questions similar to those on the state licensing examinations.
