Any licensee who files a late registration application and fee for renewal pursuant to SDCL 36-21A-66 shall pay a late fee based on the date the renewal application is filed, as follows:

1. (1) December, $20;
2. (2) January, $40;
3. (3) February, $60;
4. (4) March, $80;
5. (5) April, $100;
6. (6) May, $120; and
7. (7) June, $140.
