The licensing examination shall be conducted under the supervision of the executive director of the commission. The examiner shall require identification supplied to the registered person by the commission for admission to the examination room. Before beginning the examination, the person must state in writing that the person has not solicited or received any information concerning the contents of the examination about to be written and during or subsequent to the examination will not disclose its contents.
