An ambulance operator certified by the board shall renew the certification on or before April thirtieth in the second calendar year after issuance and every two years thereafter on a form approved by the board. The operator shall sign a statement confirming that the operator holds a current cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification and valid driver's license. The operator must present proof of the current cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification and valid driver's license if requested by the board.
