20 : 60 : 10 : 02 . Activities eligible for credit. An activity is eligible for credit if it relates to the practice of psychology and either:

1. (1) Improves or maintains the licensee's professional skills; or
2. (2) Broadens or refreshes the licensee's knowledge of governing laws, rules or ethical standards.
