Veterinary technician qualifications.

Veterinary technicians shall possess the following qualifications:
- (1) Have successfully completed an approved high school course of study or its equivalency;
- (2) Have successfully completed a veterinary technician course of study in a school approved by the board;
- (3) Have passed the Veterinary Technician National Exam (VTNE) as administered by the American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB) with a score of 425 or greater.
