An applicant for a manufactured or mobile home installer must show evidence of two years of experience as a manufactured and mobile home apprentice. Applicants for a manufactured and mobile home contractor must have one year of experience as a manufactured and mobile home installer. Proof of experience shall be shown by affidavits which the commission may investigate. The applicant must show that the applicant's work complies with applicable codes. If the commission rejects the application, the matter shall be treated as a contested case.
