Special licenses shall be issued by the commission to persons engaged in plumbing necessary for water and waste connections for manufactured and mobile homes. This license allows the licensee to carry on only such plumbing as necessary for manufactured and mobile home connections. Such licenses are not required of persons licensed as plumbing contractors, plumbers, or plumber apprentices under SDCL 36-25-1.
