Any individual employed in this state as a pharmacy technician shall obtain and maintain during the employment a current registration as a pharmacy technician pursuant to this chapter. Any person accepting employment as a pharmacy technician in this state who fails to register as a pharmacy technician as required by rule may be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with § 20:51:29:27.
