An o ptometrist may not claim to have superior qualifications , superior equipment available for use in the optometrist's practice , or a superior quality of service to patients , to other similarly licensed optometrists . An optometrist certified to prescribe and administer pharmaceutical agents may, however, indicate such qualifications.
