A person or institution that operates an approved nurse aide training program shall apply for renewal of board approval biennially by the deadline prescribed by the board. The board shall conduct an onsite or teleconference visit of the training program to determine compliance with the requirements in §§ 20:48:18:02 to 20:48:18:09, inclusive. The board may only renew the approval if the training program meets the requirements.
