Certified nurse aide training program -- Supplemental personnel.

To be appointed as supplemental personnel and to assist with the teaching of the curriculum content in § 20:48:18:09, an individual must:

(1) Have one year of experience in the content area of expertise; and
(2) Not be employed as the director of nursing in a nursing facility.
