A certified nurse aide skills evaluator must:
- (1) Hold a registered nurse license or privilege to practice in this state;
- (2) Have a minimum of one year of clinical experience caring for older adults or the chronically ill of any age; and
- (3) Not be employed as the director of nursing in a nursing facility.
