Terms used in this chapter mean:
- (1) "Contractor," an individual licensed with the commission as an electrical contractor or a Class B electrician;
- (2) "Installation," an electrical installation;
- (3) "Submitter," an individual or business requesting reimbursement from the undertaking fund.
