The disciplinary committee shall be comprised of a chair, a secretary, and a minimum of three additional members who shall be chiropractors appointed by the board. At least one member of the committee shall be a former board member. A member of the disciplinary committee may be removed from the disciplinary committee by a vote of the board, at any time, without cause.
