ARSD 20:41:10:05.01
The board, through its investigator or the disciplinary committee, shall promptly investigate any complaints of misconduct or violations filed in writing and signed by a complaining party toward any person licensed or certified by the board. The board shall impose appropriate sanctions as established under this chapter to protect the public health, safety, and welfare of the state of South Dakota. The board may also by resolution initiate disciplinary proceedings.
