20 : 41 : 05 : 13 . Licensure of military personnel and spouses. The board shall expedite the process of licensure for those applicants who are active duty military personnel and their spouses. The board shall issue a license within thirty days of receipt of a completed application if the conditions set forth in chapter 20:41:05 are met. The licensing fees under SDCL 36-1B-4 are waived for active duty military personnel and their spouses.
