s. Upon satisfaction of all requirements for licensure as a professional, enrollment as an intern, or licensure as a business entity, the executive director shall provide the applicant with a numbered certificate indicating the type of license or enrollment and the issue or expiration date. The board may provide the certificate in an electronic format.

A certificate of enrollment as an intern does not authorize the enrollee to practice as a licensed professional or to imply that a professional title is held.
