In the 1999 Session Laws, ch 195, § 74, the underlying statutory authority for chapters 20:38:01 through 20:38:06, inclusive, and chapters 20:38:08 through 20:38:11, inclusive, have been deleted and are replaced by ARSD chapters 20:38:12 through 20:38:26, inclusive.
