After placing a sports bet at a sports wagering window, a person claiming that a wrong sports wagering ticket has been delivered to them must do so before leaving the window. No other claims may be considered. A cashier may not cancel a wager for which the cashier wrote the ticket and must instead call a supervisor to cancel the wager.
