A retail licensee may at its discretion utilize a tip storage device, commonly referred to as a toke tube or tip tube, for the purpose of temporarily securing chips received by dealers as tips. Use of a tip storage device must be exclusively for temporary holding prior to exchanging lower denomination chips for a higher denomination chip to place into the lockbox.
A retail licensee may not allow player controlled tip wagers.
