Each progressive controller linking progressive slot machines must be housed in a double-keyed compartment. The executive secretary or a designee must be in possession of one of the keys. A person may not have access to a controller without notice to the executive secretary. There must be a progressive entry authorization log within each controller and the log must be completed by any person gaining entrance to the controller. The log must be entered on a form provided by the executive secretary. Mystery progressive controllers are not required to be housed in a double-keyed compartment unless the mystery jackpot increments to an award greater than $150.
