A licensee who offers table games shall ensure that appropriate training has been given to licensed employees on the operation of each game. The licensee shall maintain a written log of all training provided each licensed employee for a period of three years. The training records must include the name of licensed employees who provided and received the training and the date, hours, and type of training received.
