If a licensee offers blackjack, craps, roulette or house banked poker games with a bet limit in excess of one hundred dollars, a pit boss or other licensed dealer shall be present in the area of the table with such bet limit and provide supervision of the game while it is operating.
If the pit boss is functioning as a dealer at a gaming table, any decisions at that table normally reserved for the pit boss shall be referred to the pit boss's immediate supervisor for resolution.
