The executive secretary may approve an application for a renewal of any license issued by the commission, approve an application for an additional retail license to a person who holds at least one retail license in good standing, and approve the assignment of the location of any retail license in good standing, all subject to the ratification of the commission at the commission’s next regular meeting. If the commission does not ratify the executive secretary’s actions, any renewed license, additional retail license, or assignment of the location of the license shall be void.
