The 15-hour course that covers the uniform standards as adopted in § 20:14:06:01 or its Appraiser Qualifications Board approved equivalent is an acceptable qualifying course that may be offered by educational providers and approved by the secretary. The 7-hour update course that covers the uniform standards as adopted in § 20:14:06:01 or its Appraiser Qualifications Board approved equivalent is an acceptable continuing education course that may be offered by educational providers and approved by the secretary.
