An appraiser performing any appraisal practice assignment shall complete the assignment in com pli ance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice , 2024 Edition. The appraiser shall also disclose in the appraisal practice assignment any steps taken that were necessary or appropriate to comply with the competency rule of the uniform standards.
