An applicant for a registered trainee appraiser credential shall complete seventy-five creditable class hours of approved qualifying education in § 20:14:05:06.01 within the five-year period before the date of the application, which includes successful completion of each course examination. Acceptable education is:

1. (1) Basic appraisal principles -- thirty hours;
2. (2) Basic appraisal procedures -- thirty hours; and
3. (3) A fifteen-hour qualifying course that covers the uniform standards.
