An applicant shall, upon request of the secretary, verify appraisal experience credit claimed by submitting documentation in the form of reports, certifications, or file memoranda, or, if such reports and memoranda are unavailable for good cause, other evidence, approved by the secretary, to support the applicant's experience claimed.
