To qualify as a registered trainee, state-licensed, state-certified residential, or state-certified general appraiser, an applicant must meet the applicable examination, education, and experience requirements prescribed in this article. After being certified, licensed, or registered, an individual must meet the continuing education requirement in § 20:14:13:01.
