To renew any current supervisory appraiser approval the holder of the approval shall file an application on a form provided by the secretary and pay the renewal fee prescribed in § 20:14:10:02. The fee shall be paid to the secretary not more than 90 days and not less than 45 days before the expiration date of the supervisory appraiser approval.
