A registered trainee appraiser may assist in the preparation of an appraisal report which requires the use of a state-certified residential or state-certified general appraiser as prescribed in this chapter, if the registered trainee appraiser is directly supervised by a state-certified residential or state-certified general appraiser and the final appraisal document is approved and signed by a state-certified residential or state-certified general appraiser.
