An individual who desires to engage in real estate appraisals under this article shall apply in writing for a credential on a form provided by the secretary. An application is valid for 90 days. The secretary may extend the time for an application upon the written request of the applicant or to allow the applicant to comply with the department's request for information, records, or reports. The application fee prescribed in § 20:14:10:01 shall accompany the application form. The application form shall contain the following:
(10) Email address.
Note: The secretary shall collect the registry fee pursuant to 12 U.S.C. § 3338(a) with the application for certification or licensure.
