The secretary shall prepare and issue at least once each calendar year a roster showing the name and place of business of each real estate appraiser currently holding a valid state-certified general appraiser, state-certified residential appraiser or state-licensed appraiser credential issued under the provisions of this article. The secretary shall transmit the roster to the Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council annually.
Note: A copy of the roster is available to the public at no charge upon written request to the secretary.
