Regardless of the inspection type, the inspector shall complete a post inspection report within 90 days upon completion of the inspection itself. The report shall include a summary of probable noncompliance issues if any exist. As applicable, the inspection report may include a remediation plan wherein specific corrective action and a time frame for completion shall be stated when probable noncompliance issues exist.
