ARSD 20:10:36:03 – Rules waiver.

Any public utility, applicant, and interconnection customer, subject to the rules in this chapter, may mutually agree to waive all rules except § 20:10:36:16. If agreement cannot be reached, and for good cause shown, a party may request the commission waive any of the rules in this chapter.
